You can find the source code on &lt;a href="https://github.com/remy/wm"&gt;GitHub&lt;/a&gt; by &lt;a href="https://remysharp.com/2019/06/18/send-outgoing-webmentions"&gt;Remy&lt;/a&gt;. This means that even if the &lt;code&gt;webmention.app&lt;/code&gt; host is down, you can still use the service by hosting it yourself or using the CLI.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hosting the service was never an option for me, so I decided to use the CLI to replace my current GitHub action jobs.
