The fever left me completely drained, and the constant diarrhea has been really uncomfortable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Things are even more challenging because I work for a Singaporean company while living overseas in Malaysia. I don&amp;rsquo;t want to be admitted to a hospital in Singapore since it’s not covered by my company, and getting admitted to a Malaysian hospital isn&amp;rsquo;t an option either, as the medical certificate wouldn’t be accepted. So, I’ve had to manage this illness on my own.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
